A = Attitude (sikap), yup pantaskah kita dapat pekerjaan yang layak? salary yang cukup? bisa juga di lihat bagaimana sikap kita. bisa terlihat kok di kehidupan sehari-hari kita. kalo sikap kita di suruh nyokap beli terasi aja ogah-ogahan apalagi disuruh kerja yang beneran. ini mencakup semua hal tentang sikap. tentang bagai mana kita berinteraksi dengan keluarga, masyarakat, manusia yang umurnye diatas ataupun nyang dibaweh. so sekarang lu pade bise lari ke motor terdekat trus ngaca dech gimana sikap lu pada'an :D

Skill atawe kemampuan juga perlu broh. bukan cuma niat gawe ama gajian doank. ibaratnye lu mau perang tapi megang pedang atawe senjata lainye aje kagak bisa gimana mau menang. so sekarang lu lari ke toko maenan trus beli pedang-pedangan buat latihan biar menang perangnye gkgkgk
K = Knowladge (pengetahuan). ini berkaitan dengan pengetahuan disiplin ilmu ataupun pengetahuan umum. pengetahuan disiplin ilmu bisa membuat kita mudah dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan dan pengetahuan umum mempermudah kita deket ama bos cantik #eh. ya bayangin aja kalo pengetahuan elu jeblog, di ajak ngomong kerja'an bengong, ajak ngobrol santai bengong juga. bisanya angguk-angguk kaya boneka gukguk doank. so skarang elu beli boneka gukguk trus suruh dia geleng-geleng #apacoba --"
M = Motivation, motipasi ceuk orang sunda ma. kita harus menemukan sebenarnya untuk apa kita bekerja? duit doank? gengsi doank? ape ngedeketin bos cantik doank? alasan-alasan klise macam ini yang membuat kita tidak bertanggung jawab pada pekerjaan. alangkah baiknya kita menemukan motivasi dari hati. misalkan bekerja untuk ajang beribadah, membantu dan membanggakan orang tua #tsssahhhh <---Lagi bener :D
E = Enpirotmen kalo kata bang bule Envirotment (lingkungan). yang ini juga mendukung bagai mana kita bisa meraih "ASKM" yang tepat sesuai EYD heuheu. ya gimana kita bisa berkembang kalo lingkungan kita serba negativisme, ogah-ogahan, trus yang jelek-jelek dah. so mari hijrah ke tempat yang bisa menentramkan hati, jiwa dan raga. bukan kuburan ye :D
